Who we are
This website is run by Andrea Robert Pislaru, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Leapr (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us at hello@leapr.co.uk.
What we collect
When you book a free call, we collect your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, your business name and what you would like help with. We also record the date and time you sent the form.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to you, arrange the call and talk about your enquiry. We won’t add you to a mailing list, and we will never sell or rent your details.
Our legal basis
We use your details to take steps you have asked for before any agreement between us (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). If you become a client, the terms of our agreement explain how we use your data from then on.
Where it is stored and who can see it
This website and the enquiries sent through it are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the data on our behalf under its data processing terms, including safeguards for any transfer outside the UK. If we reply by email, our email provider processes the messages on our behalf in the same way. No one else receives your details.
How long we keep it
If we don’t end up working together, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months, so we have the context if you come back to us, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. To use any of these rights, email hello@leapr.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
